You’ll collaborate with content creators, account managers and developers to craft websites that feel polished, user-friendly and modern. Whether it’s customizing a template or designing from scratch, your designs will leave a lasting impression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Design & Execution

• Design responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.

• Customize templates or create layouts that match client branding.

• Ensure mobile-first, accessible and performance-optimized websites.

Brand & Content Integration

• Apply provided brand assets (logos, colors, imagery) to create cohesive, on-brand websites.

• Make typography, color and layout choices that enhance the client’s digital presence.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work with developers (if needed) to bring designs live.

• Coordinate with content creators and account managers to align websites with campaign goals.

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Trends & Innovation

• Stay on top of web design trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Suggest creative solutions to make client websites stand out while remaining user-friendly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years of web design experience (agency or creative environment preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive websites.

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

• Experience building or customizing sites on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.

• Bonus: front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus.

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects.

• Passion for creating digital experiences that look great and function flawlessly.
